It has a lot of wedding lingo and talk in there regarding workflow and sales but that's because it's primarily what we do. We use the VERY SAME systems in our portrait and commercial business too and they work. You might find you'll need to tweak them a touch to be relevant to you but we encourage you to tweak them for you anyway! We've had LOTS of portrait photographers purchase the kit and they've all been incredible happy with it! Hi Kendra! I just finished reading your article at the bottom. We did this from 2001 to 2008. However, when the recession hit, my company closes an extra Friday before any given Holiday. For ex: We were closed on Friday, May 27 & May 31 (Memorial Day). This allowed everyone to be home with their family without worrying about their daily workflow (or dumping their work on anyone else). Also, many employees at my job, who have kids or lives very far from the office, work from home or at a closer location once or twice a week. "Our new summer schedule is below.
